Meet Our Founder

With more than 20 years experience in business consulting and relationship management, Dondra founded Transition Acceleration Group (T.A.G) after realizing most dentists have limited business acuity and identifying a huge gap in services provided to dentists.

In addition to helping a dentist with transition development; creating a bridge from contract closing to a smooth operational practice, Dondra also focuses on credentialing, assisting dentists in implementing medical billing into their dental practice and general Practice Acceleration Coaching™. Dondra works exclusively within the dental industry and uses prior business experience to influence the business of dentistry.

Dondra has provided consulting and management services to several different industries which allows her to bring a broad knowledge base to dental practices. With expertise in marketing, acquisitions, strategic business planning, credentialing and process improvement, Dondra elevates the ability to provide services to dentists that will allow them to focus on production and profitability.

When Dondra isn’t conducting live seminars or lecturing, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and 2 dogs.  Dondra has served on the Atlanta Mutual Housing Association’s board of directors and is a supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Kate’s Club. Dondra attended the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga pursuing a degree in Special Education with mild disabilities concentration.
