Meet Our Founder

With over 20 years of experience in business consulting and relationship management, Dondra founded Transition Acceleration Group (T.A.G) after recognizing a significant gap in the services available to healthcare providers, many of whom have limited business acumen.

T.A.G specializes in transition development, guiding providers from contract closure to a seamlessly operational practice. Dondra also focuses on credentialing, integrating medical billing into dental practices, efficiency improvements, and delivering comprehensive Practice Acceleration Coaching™.  Dondra leverages her extensive business expertise to enhance the profitability of practices.

Drawing from a diverse background in consulting and management across multiple industries, Dondra brings a broad knowledge base to practices. Her expertise spans marketing, acquisitions, strategic business planning, credentialing, and process improvement—helping providers streamline operations so they can focus on patient care and profitability.

When she’s not leading seminars or speaking engagements, Dondra enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and four dogs. She has served on the board of directors for the Atlanta Mutual Housing Association and actively supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Kate’s Club. She attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she pursued a degree in Special Education focusing on mild disabilities.
